Vendor Registration Information

Non-profit organizations and commercial businesses are invited to register for the SCCAAS 2012 Conference scheduled for Saturday, February 4th (10am to 5pm).  This is an opportunity to showcase your products and services.

Conference attendees are K-12 teachers, professors of higher education, school administrators, parents and individuals interested in African American studies and instruction.

Exhibit Fees

REGULAR REGISTRATION: December 10th – January 15th

  • Non-profit: $75
  • Commercial: $150(all others)

EXCLUSIVITY:

  • $300, excludes all food and book vendors.

*Fee includes one skirted table, chairs, 1 Full Conference Registration, wireless internet service, conference bag and bottled water.

Setup

All vendors are asked to set up their tables before the start of the conference, Saturday morning between 8am-10am.  All exhibit tables should be set up and ready by 10:00am on Saturday.

Saturday, February 4th: 10am to 6pm

Payment

Full payment must be submitted no later than January 15, 2012, along with a completed registration form to guarantee your reservation.

Sponsorship Opportunities

If you are interested in any of the sponsorship opportunities, please check the box and enclose this form with your Vendor Confirmation Form.

  • Full page advertisement in the 2012 conference program. All ads must be camera ready. ($300.00)
  • Half page advertisement in the 2012 conference program. All ads must be camera ready. ($150.00)
  • Sponsor the evening reception on Friday, February 3rd. ($3000.00)
  • Donate 250 like items for participants to be given at registration. (Examples: pens, mugs, notepads, bags, etc…)
  • Donate a door prize for conference attendees (any quantity)
